My teams of the night: West Ashley and Hanahan. West Ashley winning 28-6 over a Bishop England team that they seem to own at home is no easy feat. This game was Channel 2's game of the week. Also, Hanahan SHUTTING OUT Timberland at Hanahan is a big deal. Hanahan is a force to be reckoned with. Also a shout-out to Beaufort for pulling out a 17-14 win against Wando.
Player of the night: Hilton Head K Savannah Reier, 37 yard FG and 7-7 on PATs in a win over Whale Branch. At least the second female kicker in the area, joining West Ashley's Caroline Cashion. James Island faces both of them. West Ashley next week coming up and Hilton Head later in the year.
